Serves 1

  • 1/3 cup Frozen BlueBerries
  • 3 Blackberries
  • 1 Pomegranate Blackberry GoodBelly PlusShot
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Rhubarb, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1/3 cup Gluten-Free Cultured Coconut Water Goodbelly
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Coconut Meat
  • 1/2 cup Almond Coconut Milk Blend
  1. Puree all ingredients for the blue layer in a blender until thick and smooth. Pour the entire mixture into a glass and set aside in the freezer. Puree the red layer in the blender and set aside in the freezer. Puree the ingredients to make the white layer. Pull the blue smoothie and red smoothie out from the freezer. Spoon the red and white smoothies on top of the thicker blue smoothie base in alternating layers to create stripes. Top with a blackberry (if desired) and enjoy!
  2. Pour the entire mixture into a glass and set aside in the freezer.
  3. Puree the red layer in the blender and set aside in the freezer.
  4. Puree the ingredients to make the white layer.
  5. Pull the blue smoothie and red smoothie out from the freezer.
  6. Spoon the red and white smoothies on top of the thicker blue smoothie base in alternating layers to create stripes.
  7. Top with a blackberry (if desired) and enjoy!
