Author Notes: I was never so worried about inventing healthy alternatives for desserts as now, when I became a mother. I am not too fond of ice cream. Mainly because of that strangely long list of killing ingredients. But this piece of art is a nourishing source for one´s body and soul.
I normally make 2 types of ice cream - chocolate and green tea (Matcha) ones. So just choose and enjoy. It´s definitely more healthy than any lasagna or cheesburger dinner :) Also, no ice cream maker needed. —Ausra de Araujo
- 4 big super ripe bananas
- 2 cups full fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Raw cacao powder or 1 tbsp of Matcha powder
- Blend all the ingredients & freeze.
