Author Notes: Abalone ceviche is a simple seafood with zest of citrus flavor. Add ACADO Avocado lime infused cooking oil before serving it as a seafood appetizer or a side salad dish.AVOCADO GLOBAL PTE LTD


Makes abalone ceviche

  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 450 grams grams Abalone
  • Chipotle chilies
  • Lime juice
  1. 1. Pound abalone slightly and then slice it into thin strips about an inch wide. Keep it in a bowl.
  2. 2. Now mix the red onion, lime juice, chipotle chilies, ACADO oil.
  3. 5. Garnish with lime and coriander before serving.
