- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup orange juice pulp (from 3 oranges or one whole peeled orange)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 dash organic vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon honey (optional for a sweeter taste)
- 2 teaspoons Coromega Omega-3 (or 2 packets)
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
