- 2 pieces Pumpkins
- 6 pieces filleted Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Grated rind of lemon
- Lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ACADO™ garlic infused oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Make a layer of sliced pumpkins, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the grated rind of 1 lime over.
- Add lime juice, ACADO™ garlic infused oil, white vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
