Serves 2

  • 2 pieces Pumpkins
  • 6 pieces filleted Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Grated rind of lemon
  • Lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ACADO™ garlic infused oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Make a layer of sliced pumpkins, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add the grated rind of 1 lime over.
  3. Add lime juice, ACADO™ garlic infused oil, white vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
