Serves 4

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 1 pinch seasoning salt
  • Additional BBQ sauce, ranch salad dressing
  1. Put your chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. (Don’t be stingy!)
  3. Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 until your chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Place your cooked chicken in a large bowl and shred with two forks.
  6. Serve shredded chicken on a bun with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
