Serves 1 portion
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries or cherries
- 1/4 to 1/2 cups of ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon of Wild Blueberry & Cashew Oatbox granola
- In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.
