Author Notes: This blueberry and coconut smoothie recipe provides the perfect balance of flavour and nutrients


Serves 1 portion

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries or cherries
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cups of ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of Wild Blueberry & Cashew Oatbox granola
  1. In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.
