- 3 red apple
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- food color
- Wash apples and peel off their skin.
- Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.
- Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.
- Add sugar and mix well
- Add color and mix well.
- Add cashew nuts and serve.
