- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups mango, frozen
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Blend spinach, orange, and water until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
