Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup 100% tart cherry juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups pineapple, frozen
  • 6 tablespoons protein powder
