Author Notes: 2 eggs
2 chicken breasts cut into strips/chunks
1-2 cups of almond flour
Cajan spices (up to you)
First, I heated up my deep fryer to 375 degrees using vegetable oil. Next I would dip the chicken in the beaten egg mixture. Finally I would coat the chicken in the almond flour mixture one last time before deep frying for about 6 minutes. —faysalnals
