Author Notes: This is not your basic strawberry banana green smoothie. Oh, no. This has a kick of fresh ginger to wake up your mouth. And it's just the right amount. The almond milk and banana make this smoothie taste like a milkshake. —Simple Green Smoothies
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger, to taste
- Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
