Kale, lemon, ginger, and turmeric help the body fight inflammation as well as help the liver detox naturally. Mango and pineapple lend sweetness and loads of vitamins A and C. Creamy coconut milk provides healthy fats and helps the body absorb the benefits from the turmeric. —Simple Green Smoothies
- 2 cups kale, fresh
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups pineapple
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, to taste
- Blend kale and coconut milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
