Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale, fresh
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, to taste

  1. Blend kale and coconut milk until smooth.
