Serves 4

  • 2 teaspoons RawSpiceBar’s Hatch Chile Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cream or milk
  1. Whisk 1 to 2 teaspoons of RawSpiceBar’s Hatch Chile Powder in with 4 eggs and 1 tbsp of cream or milk.
  2. Add a dash of salt and cook. (Amount depends on how hot you want the eggs)
