Delicious Healthy Guacamole

Serves: 2


  • 1 piece ripe avocado (Hass or Gwen avacado)
  • 0.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 pieces cloves of garlic (1 clove per half avocado)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

  1. Crush the garlic in a stone pounder or cut very finely and crush with a spoon in a bowl to make the garlic soft.
  2. Squeeze the lemon in a small bowl.
  3. Half the avocado and put in a bowl. Crush the avocado until smooth.
  4. Add the garlic and stir.
  5. Start with about half tbsp of lemon and stir. Taste to see if it requires more lemon.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
