Serves 2

  • 4 pieces small flour tortillas
  • 1 piece medium size egg
  • 30 milliliters egg white
  • 20 milliliters skimmed milk
  • 0.5 pieces scoop of protein powder
  • 1 piece mashed banana
  1. Start with whipping up the eggs, egg whites and the milk together.
  2. Add banana flavoured whey powder to the batter.
  3. Set the batter aside.
  4. Put the banana in a bowl. Mash so it turns into banana saus. Then set aside.
  5. Immerse a tortilla into the egg mixture and coat both sides well. Let the tortilla soak up the batter.
  6. Cook in a medium to hot pan.
  7. Take the tortilla out of the pan and let it cool slightly before spreading Nutella on the tortilla.
  8. Add the banana puree and fold the tortilla.
  9. Sprinkle some chocolate whey powder (or icing sugar) on top, some blue berries and serve immediately.
