Cracking bacon and egg breakfast tortilla cups

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oven at 400 ℉/ 200 ℃
  2. Cook the bacon in a hot pan (no buter or oil required)
  3. Drain bacon
  4. Half the tortillas
  5. Fold the tortilla in a muffin tin
  6. Add the bacon to the tortilla
  7. Add an egg on top of the tortilla and bacon
  8. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
  9. Take out of the oven add some chives, paprika powder and salt and pepper to taste
  10. Enjoy
