Serves: 1

  • 1 (3.5 ounce) packed frozen dragon fruit puree (Pitya)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, frozen
  • 1/4-1/2 cups water, plus more if needed, for blending
  • coconut cream (for swirling)
  • fresh berries (for topping)
  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Use a tamper to push down and encourage blending if getting stuck.
  3. Spoon mixture into a bowl.
  4. Swirl in coconut cream.
  5. Top with fresh berries.
