Digestion Boost Green Smoothie with MCT Oil

Serves: 1


  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, fresh
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced, peeled if desired
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-3 teaspoons Nutiva Organic MCT Oil

  1. Place spinach, cilantro, ginger and water into blender jar.
  2. Blend until smoothie and leafy chunks are gone.
  3. Add cucumber, apple, lemon juice, and Nutiva MCT oil to blender.
  4. Blend again until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one day.
