Jalapeño beef big plate nachos

Today we are making Jalapeño beef big plate nachos. An easy recipe for and evening snack, full dinner or party. —The Tortilla Channel

  • Serves 2
  • 1 cup smooth spicy roasted tomato salsa
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 200 grams ground beef
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 bowl of tortilla chips
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • ½ bell pepper finely chopped
  • ½ cups tomato puree
  • 1 finely sliced Jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup water
In This Recipe
  1. Heat a pan
  2. Brown the beef
  3. Add onion, garlic and bell peppers. Stir through constantly until onion and bell peppers are soft
  4. Add the tomato puree and keep stirring
  5. Now add the sliced Jalapeño peppers and stir before adding water
  6. Let it simmer for 15 minutes
  7. Put tortilla chips on a plate
  8. Take beef mixture from the heat and spread on top of the nacho chips
  9. Cover with salsa, guacamole and (vegan) cheese
  10. Ready to serve
