Bar style double tortilla pizza

Is the crust extra thin and crisp? Is it big enough to eat with 2 or on your own? Yes. Well then we are talking extra crisp bar style double tortilla pizza. —The Tortilla Channel

  • Serves 2
  • 2 flour 10 inch tortillas
  • ¼ red onion
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 5 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 slice pulled of prosciutto
  • 5 small slices of salami
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 2 mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In This Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven at 400℉ / 200℃
  2. Heat a saucepan and some vegetable oil
  3. Bake the halved cherry tomatoes until soft
  4. Add the sieved tomatoes and stir. Now add the Italian spices. Set aside
  5. Heat the skillet on medium heat. Brush the skillet with the olive oil and brush the pan
  6. Put the first tortilla in the pan
  7. Spread two to three tablespoons of tomato sauce across the tortilla all the way to the edges
  8. Now add 1/3 of the Mozzarella on the pizza and put the second tortilla on top
  9. Repeat spreading the tomato sauce on the tortilla
  10. Sprinkle the red and white onions
  11. Now add the mushrooms and finally cover with cheese
  12. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until cheese is melted
