Serves 4

  • Makana Bhaaji
  • 1 small bowl of Dagh Masala
  • 1 bowl of Lotus Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 small bowl of Pakora's
  1. 1. Heat the dagh masala in a cooker and mix it well.
  2. 2. Then add the lotus seeds into the masala and mix it for 1-2 mins.
  3. Pakora Bhaaji
  4. 3. Add ready pakora’s into the gravy along with some coriander leaves and let it cook.
