  • Mutton - 1 kg
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 tsp ( Finely chopped )
  • Green Chilli - 150 g ( Slit into half and seeds removed )
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp ( Chopped )
