Serves 3

  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Heeng - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad Dal Papad - 3-4 ( Cut into small pieces )
  • Gathiya sev - 1/2 cup
  1. 1. Heat water in a pan.
  2. 2. Once the water comes to a boil, add papad and cook for a minute.
  3. 5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  4. 6. Serve hot with phulke or Paratha.
