Author Notes: Looking for a last-minute menu addition for an upcoming party? Look no further–our Balsamic Bacon Cream Cheese Dip; a great, easy-to-make snack that party-goers will surely enjoy. It’s sweet (thanks to Wedderspoon Manuka Honey), spicy and delicious!Wedderspoon

Serves: 4

  • 4 ounces room temperature cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 to 5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled (or 3 lbs. bacon bits)
  • 1 teaspoon Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze (or 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt + pepper, to taste
  • 1 green onion
  1. Mix together mayo and cream cheese until well combined (use mixer if needed).
  2. Add cheese, Manuka Honey, balsamic and mustard. Add bacon and stir in.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. If preferred, warm dip before serving. Top with green onion. Best served with sliced apples, crackers or baguettes.
