Aurora® Polenta tube
Aurora® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Aurora® Mediterranean sea salt
De Nigris® Balsamic Ketchup
- Pre-heat oven to 230 °C (450 °F) degrees.
- Cut Aurora® prepared polenta lengthwise into large chunky fries.
- Season polenta fries with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Coat in olive oil.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Stack on plate and serve with De Nigris® Balsamic Ketchup.
