Serves: 4

  • 1 Aurora® Polenta tube
  • Aurora® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Aurora® Mediterranean sea salt
  • Pinch oregano
  • Pinch paprika
  • De Nigris® Balsamic Ketchup
  1. Pre-heat oven to 230 °C (450 °F) degrees.
  2. Cut Aurora® prepared polenta lengthwise into large chunky fries.
  3. Season polenta fries with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Coat in olive oil.
  4. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
  5. Stack on plate and serve with De Nigris® Balsamic Ketchup.
