RASPBERRY ICE CREAM COPETTA

Ingredients

  • Premium vanilla ice cream
  • 220 g (1 pkg) Loacker® Quadratini Raspberry-Yogurt
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh lemon zest to top

Directions

  1. Place 6 Loacker® Quadratini wafer cookies in a small mason jar. Top with a scoop of ice cream.
  2. Repeat with 4 more cookies and another scoop of ice cream.
  3. Top with fresh raspberries, whipped cream and fresh lemon zest Serve immediately.
