Author Notes: “Surprisingly delicious” was the initial thought of mine and some after we’d had a taste. Given the fact that we mostly estimated the quantity, the final mixture didn’t feel unbalanced. In fact, it tasted quite lovely overall.

Makes: 1 pint-sized jar
cup sliced frozen banana
cup diced frozen mango
packet Success® Quinoa, cooked and cooled
cup orange juice
- In a one-pint mason jar, add the banana, mango, 1/4 cup quinoa, and orange juice.
- Fit with a blender blade and blend on high until desired texture.
