  • 1 cup Rice (Soaked)
  • Black Urad (Soaked)
  • Chillies
  • Curry Leaves
  • Oil
  1. 1. Blend all the ingredients together to make a paste.
  2. 2. Add in curry leaves and pepper to this and mix well.
  3. 3. Scoop small portions of this batter on a hot pan and cook well on both sides.
  4. 4. Serve hot.
