Author Notes: A healthy and filling detox salad loaded with antioxidant rich nutrients,so instead, I created a filling meal based around antioxidant-rich foods with freedom healthy oil. For more details visit recipe here :

Freedom Healthy Oil

Serves: 4
Prep time: 15 min

  • 1 cup boiled whole green Moong
  • 1 cup boiled red ChoriChori
  • 1 cup finely chopped or grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini or cucumber
  • 5 pinches chopped green and red apples
  • 3 pinches Green chilly
  • 3 pinches Red chilly
  • 3 tablespoons Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 cup Juice Limes
  • 1 cup Salt to taste
  1. Place in a large bowl and toss in all the ingredients.
  2. Heat the Rice Bran Oil in a pan and add the tempering ingredients: mustard seeds, slit green chilies, red chilies
  3. half a tsp turmeric and curry leaves.
  4. Squeeze lemon and salt to taste.
  5. Super food Antioxidant Salad is now ready to eat.
