ounce Crème de Peche
ounce Peach Puree
ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
ounces Simple Syrup
- Glassware: Coup; Garnish: Sugar Rim; Garnish: Lemon Wheel
- Method: Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Rim a Coup glass with sugar. Pour into glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
