Author Notes: Blogger Whitney Bond unites General Tso's Chicken and sweet potato in her most recent recipe to create a tasty hash that's on the table in less than 30 minutes! Using Crazy Cuizine General Tso's Chicken and a unique blend of vegetables and spices, this meal is perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as an afternoon snack!

  • 1 22 oz. box Crazy Cuizine General Tso's Chicken
  • 2 pounds Sweet Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Remove the sauce packet from the box of Crazy Cuizine Chicken. Place under warm running water to thaw, then set aside.
  3. Remove the bag of chicken, place on baking sheet, and toss with the sweet potatoes, onion, jalapeno, red bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, Chinese five spice and salt.
  4. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Heat contents of sauce packet in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, or until warm.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sweet potato hash and toss to coat. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Top with green onions and serve.
