Cinnamon Coconut Smoothie

Author Notes: Love coconut and cinnamon? Look no further than this smoothie that tastes just like dessert! Enjoy it in the morning for breakfast, after a workout and before you go to bed. It contains extra omega-3s because its made with Coromega Max, a maximum strength fish oil supplement wiht 2,400mg of omega-s.

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 packet Coromega Max Coconut Bliss
  • 3/4 cup yogurt - dairy or alternative
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  1. Place all ingredients within a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour contents from blender into a glass or to-go bottle.
  3. Enjoy!
