Watermelon and Feta Salad by Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards

Author Notes: With Summer quickly coming to an end, the culinary team at Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards has developed the most refreshing Watermelon and Feta Salad recipe to pair with their delicious Rosé of Pinot Noir 2017.

If you are not familiar, Sonoma-Cutrer’s limited-production Rosé of Pinot Noir 2017 showcases the artisan craftsmanship and innovation of their premier winery in the Russian River Valley. The style of the wine is loosely based off the Rosés of Provence: classic light, elegant, and delicate. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, the Rosé is what we like to say is, beyond exceptional.

So, for those of you who can’t make it to the California vineyard this Summer, follow the easy steps below create the Watermelon and Feta Salad at home and be sure to order a bottle of the Rosé from sonomacutrer.com to drink with it! Enjoy!
