These four-ingredient bars offer sustainable plant-based energy from Amazing Grass Protein & Kale (which features 20g of protein per serving and greens sourced directly from its family farm!), in tandem with swirls of delicious peanut butter. Idealfor an afternoon work snack, stashing in your purse on the way out the door or enjoying post-workout, these are a surefire crowd pleaser.Contributor

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 scoops Amazing Grass Smooth Chocolate Protein & Kale
In This Recipe


  1. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well-combined and a soft dough forms.
  2. Place dough on parchment paper and press with your hands to flatten it out evenly.
  3. Cut the dough into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to enjoy. To keep the bars from sticking together, place a piece of parchment paper in between each bar.
