cups brown rice
cup cabbage, shredded
cup carrots, shredded
green onions, sliced
- In a medium sized pot add brown rice, water, salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until water is absorbed (about 45 minutes).
- Place a pan over medium high heat and add Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken and cook for six minutes, then add Teriyaki sauce and cook for one more minute.
- Divide steamed rice into 4 bowls and top with teriyaki chicken, shredded carrots, snow peas, radishes, green onions and sprouts.
