Cook time: 45 min

  • 1 box Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 16 snow peas
  • 2 radishes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  1. In a medium sized pot add brown rice, water, salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until water is absorbed (about 45 minutes).
  2. Place a pan over medium high heat and add Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken and cook for six minutes, then add Teriyaki sauce and cook for one more minute.
  3. Divide steamed rice into 4 bowls and top with teriyaki chicken, shredded carrots, snow peas, radishes, green onions and sprouts.
