Author Notes: Would you dare try a bone broth popsicle? We’ve seen the trendy ingredient in our soups, coffees, even waffles – so why not make our summer treat a little more nutrient rich? We love the mango version from @balanced_life_leslie, offering a great way to include the benefits of bone broth in a sweet treat. Don’t worry, the broth is undetectable thanks those sweet mangos, and you’ll still get your daily dose of collagen.

Makes: 12-18 depending on size of popsicle mold
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 4 hrs

  • 2.5 cups Frozen Mangos
  • 2 cups Bonafide Provisions Bone Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  1. In a blender, combine frozen mango, bone broth and ginger.
  2. Pour into Popsicle mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Remove from the freezer and enjoy
