Korean BBQ Chicken Tortilla Wraps

With the kiddos back in school after holiday break, we're looking for crazy quick, crazy delicious weeknight dinners. This simple-to-prepare meal features Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken and crunchy bell peppers wrapped in flour tortillas and topped with a chipotle aioli for maximum flavor. Ready in minutes, this dinner is sure to be a hit with everyone in the family! —Contributor

  • Cook time 20 minutes
  • Serves 4
  • 1 box of Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 package of Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
In This Recipe
  1. Cook Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken according to box instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, saute bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat until soft and slightly browned (about 5 minutes).
  3. Slice flour tortillas in half, adding cooked Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken, sauteed bell peppers and cilantro. Then roll into little wraps, securing with a toothpick.
  4. Lastly, combine mayo, lime juice, chives and chili powder in a bowl and drizzle over the wraps before serving. Enjoy!
