quart heavy cream
teaspoon vanilla extract
In This Recipe
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Do not cut off the ends. Halve them if they are large.
- In a mixing bowl or standing mixer combine cream, vanilla, and sugar. Mix at high speed just until stiff and ridges form in surface. Do not overmix.
- Spoon cream onto berries and enjoy!
