Banoffee Pie Chia Pudding

Author Notes: This chia pudding recipe developed by Jessica Hoffman has all the flavours you love in a Banoffee pie, made into a delicious and healthy chia pudding parfait!Rose Cormier

Ingredients

Chia pudding:

  • 1/4 cup PRANA organic whole ProactivChia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Caramel Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons PRANA organic coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Mix all the chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl. Place in the fridge for an hour or overnight to gel.
  2. Mix all the caramel ingredients together in a small pot on medium heat. Mix until everything is incorporated.
  3. Layer the chia pudding, yogurt, caramel and banana in a cup or jar and enjoy!
