D’USSE Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 2.5 parts D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
  • 0.5 part simple syrup
  • 2-4 sprigs mint
  • crushed ice

Directions

  1. Place simple syrup in a julep glass with 5 or 6 mint leaves and muddle.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  3. Add 1.5 parts D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac and stir.
  4. Add more ice and remaining D’USSÉ.
  5. Stir again until the glass is fully frosted.
  6. Top with ice.
  7. GARNISH: Fresh mint.
