cup Grapefruit Juice
Cans of lime-flavored Waterloo
- In a pot mix together the water, monk fruit and jalapeño.
- Cook on medium-low until the monk fruit is mostly dissolved. Turn off the heat and let sit for at least 10 mins. Strain and discard the jalapeños and let cool down.
- Fill your 2 glasses with ice and pour in 1/3 cup of grapefruit juice, 2 tbsp of your jalapeño syrup, half a can of lime Waterloo and a squeeze of lime.
