  • 1 Box Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potstickers
  • 2 bunches olive oil
  • 1 pound pork belly, diced
  • 2.5 tablespoons Ventura Foods chicken base
  • 2 tablespoons Ventura Foods vegetable base
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 pound Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing Rice Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Black vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted sesame oil
  • 8 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn starch

  1. Preheat a large stockpot over medium heat. Add olive oil and cook the pork belly until browned.
  2. Add water, chicken base, vegetable base, ginger, garlic, green onions, mushrooms, rice wine, vinegar and white pepper.
  3. Bring broth to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and arrange the Crazy Cuizine chicken potstickers on the pan. Mix together 1/2 cup of water and 1 tsp. of cornstarch and add to the pan once potstickers are lightly browned. Cover pan and let steam for 5 minutes.
  5. Add potstickers to your broth and enjoy!
