Chia is an excellent source of energy, great for digestion and has a considerable amount of omegas. This vinaigrette is an easy way to integrate Chia into your everyday diet with Prana's ProactivChia Whole Black Chia seeds! —Rose Cormier

  • Prep time 5 minutes
  • Serves 4 people
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Fresh squeezed clementine juice
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Prana Proactivchia Whole Black Chia
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 Lime zest
In This Recipe
  1. Squeeze the orange juice into a mason jar and throw in the ProactivChia Whole Black Chia seeds
  2. Shake well and let sit for 20 minutes
  3. Throw in all remaining ingredients and shake again
