  • 8 ounces Plant based milk
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Barley+ Maple & Nuts Toasted Muesli
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
