Crispy Mandarin Orange Chicken Tacos

Summer is almost here which means schedules are busier with travel plans, daytime activities, spending time outdoors and much more. With the kids out of school, semi-homemade dinners are a fast and delicious way to let them help around the house and spend time together. These crispy tacos use simple ingredients, have little prep time and the chicken is ready in 18 minutes or less with Crazy's Cuizine's Mandarin Orange Chicken. Just bake, add sauce, load up your favorite toppings and you have a satisfying meal that the whole family is guaranteed to love. —Contributor

Ingredients
  • 1 package Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken
  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 4 cups cabbage finely sliced
  • 3 cups Pico de Gallo Salsa
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1-2 lemons, juiced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake chicken until crispy on the outside
  2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, transfer to a bowl and coat in sauce
  3. Warm the tortillas and scoop chicken into them
  4. Top each taco with cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
