Author Notes: There’s no better way to sip your way into summer than by celebrating National Cognac Day on June 4th with a D’USSE Frozen Peche Sidecar! This recipe calls for D’USSE VSOP, which is a powerful cognac blend with a complex taste and a smooth finish. When you combine D’USSE VSOP with the sweet and fruity tastes of peach and lemon, your end-result is the perfect, refreshing frozen drink to enjoy through the summer! Staff Member

  • 2 ounces D’USSE VSOP Cognac
  • 1 ounce Crème de Peche
  • 1 ounce Peach Puree
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 Lemon Wheel
In This Recipe


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Rim a Coup glass with sugar.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
