RASPBERRY-MINT CHIA FRESCA

  • Prep time 30 hours
  • Makes 2 liters
Ingredients
  • 1 bag (454 g) frozen raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 bunch fresh mint, divided
  • 4 teaspoons PRANA Proactivchia whole black chia seeds
  • 4 lemons, divided
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 liter carbonated water

Directions
  1. Soak the chia seeds in 1 1/2 cups of water for 25 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
  2. Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons. Set aside.
  3. Cut the remaining lemon into thin slices and put them in a pitcher.
  4. In a blender, mix the raspberries, lemon juice, half the mint leaves and agave with 1 liter of water.
  5. Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the raspberry seeds.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the pitcher and add the carbonated water, the chia gel and the remaining mint leaves.
