Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. flour

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup milk
-
1/2 tsp. dried dill

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1 cup shredded or 3/4 cup thinly sliced colby jack cheese

1 cup cooked and cubed chicken breast
Directions

Melt butter in pan.

Thoroughly whisk in flour until no lumps remain.

Slowly whisk in chicken broth and milk.

Add dill, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings of your choice. Whisk well.

Turn off heat, but leave pan on hot burner. Dump in your cheese and whisk until there are no remaining lumps of cheese.

Add chicken and immediately remove from heat. Serve over rice, pasta, or your mashed potatoes. And of course, enjoy!
