When brothers Marc and Phil Covitz inherited the Beverly Hills chocolate shop their mother had opened decades prior, they knew they wanted to preserve its Swiss traditions—all while bringing local creativity into the mix. So they teamed up with famed pastry chef Kriss Harvey to create an oh-so artistic, European-inspired lineup of bonbons, truffles, and more. With flavors like Pop Rock Praline and Yuzu Verbena, we can’t wait to taste their confections (once we finish gazing at them, that is).
